After your Lemon Bottle treatment, follow these aftercare tips to ensure optimal results:
- Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water to aid fat metabolism and support the detoxification process.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine for at least 24 hours, as these can slow down the body’s fat breakdown and affect results.
- Massage the treated area gently for 5-10 minutes daily to promote lymphatic drainage and reduce swelling.
- Stick to a healthy diet and lifestyle to enhance and maintain your results over time.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Mild swelling, bruising, or redness around the treated area is normal and should subside within a few days.
- Results can take a few weeks to become noticeable, as the body naturally eliminates the broken-down fat cells.
- Lumps may form as the fat dissolves but typically resolve on their own over time.
- Mild discomfort or tenderness in the treated area, which should gradually reduce within a week.
